About the Role
As an HR Representative at Kiana AI, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. You will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and benefits administration. Your ability to multitask, handle confidential information and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support employee relations efforts by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
Coordinate and participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a tech or AI-focused company.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HRIS systems.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Familiarity with remote work practices and virtual onboarding.
