About the Role
As an LLM Engineer at Kiana AI, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing large language models to address various challenges and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI researchers, and software engineers, to create AI solutions that can understand and generate human-like text.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models for various applications.
Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to extract meaningful information from text.
Optimize LLMs for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Conduct experiments and research to advance the state-of-the-art in NLP.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Document and present findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
Proven experience in developing and deploying large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) in real-world applications.
Strong understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle management tools.
Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI and responsible AI practices.
Experience in a healthcare industry is a plus.
